2. Use of Our Machines
- Our smart vending machines use AI and cashless payment systems.
- By using a machine, you authorize us to charge your card or mobile wallet for all items you remove.
- Customers agree not to tamper with, damage, or misuse any machine.
- Cameras and sensors are installed for security, accuracy, and theft prevention.
3. Payments and Refunds
- All purchases are final once a transaction is processed.
- Refunds are only issued for verified issues such as:
- Product not dispensed or incorrectly charged
- Expired or damaged item (photo proof required)
- To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and include:
- Machine ID number
- Product purchased
- Approximate transaction time
- Payments are securely processed through third-party systems such as Nayax, HAHA Smart, or Cantaloupe.
4. Product Availability
- Inventory and pricing may vary by location.
- Product pricing and selection are subject to change without notice.
- We strive to ensure all items are fresh and within expiration.
- Sparkles Vending is not responsible for shortages caused by supplier delays or connectivity issues.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
- Our systems collect limited data such as transaction details and camera footage for security and operations.
- We do not sell or share your personal information.
- All data is stored securely in compliance with Arkansas and federal privacy regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Sparkles Vending is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for injury, illness, or allergic reaction resulting from product consumption.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
